We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer based in Jakarta to support our projects and maintain high SLA to our existing customers. This combines technical pre-sales, on-site support, and post-deployment troubleshooting and working.
Key Responsibilities:
Coorporate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs.
Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to prospective clients.
Support end-to-end solution design, technical layout, network specifications, and overall system architecture.
Technical engagement through meetings, site surveys, and solution briefings if needed.
To create technical documentation, proposals, and basic system layouts or drawings.
In Hands with installation, configuration, and commissioning of implementation.
Conduct troubleshooting covering network connectivity, power, firmware, and system accuracy.
On-site and remote technical assistance as required.
Conduct training and complete technical handover to customers.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, Electronics, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, system integration, CCTV, Network, Security device and software.
Solid knowledge of:
IP camera and CCTV systems.
Security software: Sangfor, Heimdal, Panda, SIEM product.
Understand secutiy appliances:
Fortigate, Baracuda,cisco.
Networking fundamentals including IP addressing, VLAN, PoE, and switches.
Basic Linux and web-based device configuration.
Strong professional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Willing and able to travel locally for customer engagements and on-site support.
