Sales Service Manager

Job Roles :

1.  Service Operations & Strategic Panning

• Managed service sales staff and sub-contractors on daily operations that lead to achieving department goals (Residential & Commercial Air-conditioners, and Contract Maintenance Sections).

• Manage maintenance services, preventive, comprehensive , smart monitoring by IOT and Replacement (overhaul) business by providing one stop service with a TOTAL SERVICE SOLUTION BUSINESS for residential and commercial consumers all over Indonesia

• Maintain competitive positioning through regular market research and analysis. Leveraged on sound knowledge of the industry, service benchmarks (i.e. response time, skill levels and etc) are constantly reviewed.

1. Client Service

• Delivered commitment to excellent service by ensuring that all customers’ complaints are efficiently addressed with follow through service recovery activities

• Demonstrated incisive ability to prioritize and balance time-critical complaints by attending to project site meetings with contractors, consultants and developers.

1. Team Development

• Earned trust from subordinate and tradespeople by demonstrating an optimistic attitude and establishing open communication.

• Promoted cross-training and inter-sections support leading to stronger team work while retaining lean work force.

1. Service Sales and Retention

• Planned and develop Service sales/market penetration strategies; forecast sales.

• Introduced and implemented customized maintenance contract services that incorporate air-conditioning online monitoring and other building controls systems.

• Worked collaboratively with our principal office in Japan to launch if any a new product also do activities include presentation, trial runs and analysis of trial results prior to full implementation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from electrical engineering any fields

• At least 10 years of experienced in HVAC or any Electronics Industry as Sales Service and 5 years experienced in managerial roles.

• Strong in analyst thinking

• Strong in management fields especially in business sales oriented, service operation, inventory and dealer engagement

• Has a good communication in English or any other language Mandarin would be advantange

• Strong in Presentation and Negotiation skills
