Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, corporate communication, or digital marketing, preferably in the mining or energy industry.
Strong understanding of Corporate Branding, Sustainability Communication, and Corporate Image Management principles.
Proficient in corporate content writing, including CSR articles, sustainability reports, newsletters, press releases, social media content, and corporate video scripts.
Capable of developing communication strategies aligned with company values and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) principles.
Skilled in design and multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere.
Knowledgeable about public communication ethics and mining industry regulations related to external corporate information.
Strong analytical, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments (CSR, HR, Operations, HSE).
Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, able to work effectively under pressure.
Willing to conduct field visits to mining sites for branding coverage and documentation activities.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement branding and communication strategies to strengthen the company’s positive image within the mining industry.
Develop internal and external communication content, including social media, website materials, internal magazines, and CSR/Sustainability Reports.
Create visual communication materials and storytelling content highlighting the company’s commitment to safety, environment, and social responsibility.
Manage the company’s digital reputation, including public sentiment monitoring and responses to media issues.
Collaborate with CSR, HR, and HSE divisions to promote social programs, employee training, and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee corporate documentation, including photos, videos, and external media publications.
Prepare communication performance and brand awareness reports based on engagement analysis and campaign effectiveness.
Build and maintain good relationships with media, local communities, and external stakeholders to support a positive corporate image.
Identify branding and storytelling opportunities to strengthen the company’s positioning as a responsible and sustainable mining operator.
Ensure consistency in brand identity and communication messages across all corporate channels.
Willing to travel to mining sites for documentation and project assignments.
