About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our business units, ensuring their HR needs are met and their employees are engaged and thriving.
What you'll be doing
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation for entry to mid-level roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Support learning and development initiatives, including onboarding programs and internal training coordination.
Prepare and manage employment-related documents such as contracts, renewals, and employee status changes.
Maintain accurate employee data and personnel records in line with company policies.
Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
Act as a first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR operational matters.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with HR information systems and data analysis
Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
