Data Entry Officer

Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor daily operational transactions in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
- Ensure all activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company standards
- Monitor system activities and operational flows, and escalate irregularities or issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for internal control, audit, and compliance purposes
- Coordinate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to policies and limits
- Support internal and external reporting requirements, including responding to data or information requests
- Handle operational inquiries, corrections, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
- Support business growth by ensuring operational readiness, system stability, and process continuity
- Participate in periodic reviews and improvements of procedures to align with regulatory or business changes

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Experience in operations, execution, or control functions within a regulated or fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of operational workflows, internal controls, and compliance processes
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and reconciliation (LookUp function, Pivot, Power Query)
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility
