HR Generalist
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join the team at PT. YOYIC DAIRY INDONESIA'. This full-time position is based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, and will play a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources strategy and initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and training and development
Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop tailored solutions
Maintaining and improving HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Assisting with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
Conducting HR audits and identifying areas for improvement
Effectively communicating HR-related information to employees and managers
Contributing to the overall HR strategy and supporting the achievement of the company's goals
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
