As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured training program designed to develop future leaders. You will rotate across key business functions, gain hands-on experience in daily operations, and work closely with senior managers to understand business processes, strategy, and decision-making.
Participate in rotational assignments across different departments to understand end-to-end business operations
Assist managers in daily operational, administrative, and project-related tasks
Analyze data, prepare reports, and support business planning activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Support improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions
Communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, and written reports
Learn and apply company policies, systems, and standard operating procedures
Fresh graduate from a reputable university (any major; Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields are a plus)
Strong willingness to learn, high motivation, and leadership potential
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Proficiency in Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing) is an advantage
