Collect, validate, and analyze data related to agency incentive programs; prepare regular reports and visual presentations for management.
Monitor incentive performance, identify trends and gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve achievement.
Support incentive program execution, including reward processing, quality control, and coordination with Finance, IT, and Sales teams.
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies, and manage administrative tasks including submissions to regulators (AAJI/AASI).
Requirements:
Fresh graduate from any major
Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area
Committed to do 6 months internship period
Likes to work on administrative tasks
Computer skill: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel
Good communication skill
Strong analytical, detail-oriented and inter-personal skill
