Logistic Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Officer to join our dynamic team at PT BISMA AERO SEJAHTERA'. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods and materials to support our growing logistics operations. This is a contract position based in Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documentation to ensure smooth export and import processes.

2. Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective logistics operations.

3. Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

4. Ensure all logistics activities comply with government regulations, company policies, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

5. Track shipment status, update logistics records, and prepare accurate reports for management.

6. Provide reliable administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day logistics activities

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation, or distribution industries

2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

3. Proficient in the use of logistics management software and tools

4. Familiar with relevant logistics laws, regulations, and industry best practices, including a strong understanding of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)
