HR Leader

About the role

As the HR Leader at PT. KRT GREEN INDONESIA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's people strategy and ensuring a positive and productive workforce. In this position based in Cilegon Banten, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and development.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's overall business objectives

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and terminations

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll

• Identify and implement strategies to improve the company's HR processes and practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations, as well as best practices in human resources management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of HR information systems to inform decision-making

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR challenges

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
