We are looking for an experienced Store Manager – Optic to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Job Descriptions
Sales & Store Performance
Manage store sales activities and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Monitor and report daily sales performance
Maintain budgets and ensure accurate inventory records for all purchases and sales
Conduct regular inventory counts and collaborate with area leaders to develop cost-effective strategies
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Ensure a clean, organized, and comfortable store environment
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Supervision & Team Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff through clear and effective communication
Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules
Organize and support store events, promotions, and special activities
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
Strong skills in planning, organizing, analyzing, evaluating, controlling, and execution
At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the optic or retail industry
Calm, patient, and professional demeanor at all times
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong customer service skills and experience in budgeting and inventory management
Willing to be placed in the Jabodetabek area
