Tanggung Jawab :

  • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer

  • Membentuk & mengatur jaringan distribusi.

  • Menyusun forecast penjualan & program sales.

  • Melakukan penjualan barang sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan.

  • Memastikan kelancaran pembayaran customer.

  • Melakukan mapping area potensi pasar.

  • Memperluas jaringan distribusi & pasar.

Persyaratan :

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai lead/supervisor di perusahaan/distributor pestisida (Agrochemicals Industry).

  • Berdomisili di Kalimantan Tengah (Wajib)

  • Mampu berkomunikasi & menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer.

  • Menguasai pengetahuan jaringan distribusi & potensi pasar pestisida pada wilayah yang dilamar (Kalimantan Tengah)

  • Memiliki jaringan customer (point plus).

  • Target Oriented.

  • Mampu me-manage tim dengan baik & nyaman

  • Penempatan: Kumai (Kalimantan Tengah)
