Job Description
Manage and grow assigned E-commerce / Modern Trade Online accounts as the main PIC.
Build strong relationships with account stakeholders (commercial, marketing, operations).
Drive sales target achievement (sell-in & sell-out) through effective planning and forecasting.
Plan and execute promotions and campaigns, including Joint Business Plan (JBP).
Monitor account performance (sales, GMV/NMV, AOV, availability) and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Enabler) to ensure smooth execution.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Key Account / E-commerce role, preferably in FMCG industry.
Experience handling e-commerce platforms/marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and also familiar with Alfagift, Klik Indomaret, Watsons Online, and Guardian Online will be an advantage
Good understanding of sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, trading terms, and stock management.
Experience in managing online promotions and campaigns.
Strong analytical, reporting, and administrative skills.
Computer literate (especially Microsoft Excel).
Able to communicate in English.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
