Admin eCommerce

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update affiliate (Shopee & Tiktok) creator database and tiering from Affiliate dashboard.

• Manage WA Group community for creator based on the tiering.

• Support creator onboarding, product knowledge & brand communication, community program, and sampling coordination.

• Track and compile documentation of Creator's content (video & live)

• Extract and clean dashboard data eCommerce per Platform into structured formats for analytics (can make data dashboard/tracker in Excel).

• Track deployed promotions and support post-promotion evaluation.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communication, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination ability, with internal and also with affiliator/creator/agency

• Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or creator ecosystem, experienced in professional preffered.
