Administrative Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support and coordinate daily administrative operations across multiple functions. This role requires strong administrative skills to ensure efficient business processes in Sales Administration, After-Sales Administration, Purchasing & Inventory, E-commerce Administration, and HR Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Process, review, and verify SQ, SO, and DO documents to ensure accurate and timely issuance of Sales Invoices (SI).
Liaise with internal departments to obtain required documentation and ensure smooth sales operations and service delivery.
After-Sales Administration
Process and submit business travel expense claims through the Lark system.
Prepare and submit service worksheet documentation via Lark and coordinate follow-up actions with the Sales Administration team.
Purchasing & Inventory
Prepare and submit Purchase Requisition (PR) data in the Accurate system and coordinate with the Purchasing team for Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
Record Receiving In (RI) transactions for delivered goods in the Accurate system to ensure accurate inventory records and seamless sales administration processes.
E-commerce Administration
Maintain and update data on e-commerce platforms, including product listings and transactional records.
HR Administration
Maintain employee records, leave administration, and payroll-related documentation in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration or operations support roles.
Strong organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
