🎯 R&D Ice Cream (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related major

Fresh Graduates are welcome, experience in F&B / Ice Cream R&D is a plus

Strong skills in market research and product development

Able to develop, test, and improve ice cream products

Good teamwork and communication skills

Fluent in Mandarin and English (able to support translation Mandarin–Indonesian)

Able to prepare R&D reports and documentation

Strong commitment, discipline, and willingness to learn

Physically and mentally healthy

Job Description:

Conduct market research and analyze ice cream market needs

Develop, test, and evaluate new ice cream formulas and concepts

Work closely with production, QC, and marketing teams

Prepare R&D reports and product development documents

Support Mandarin–Indonesian communication and translation

任职资格：

具备市场调研与产品开发能力

能独立进行冰淇淋产品的开发、测试与改良

具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

中英文流利，可协助 中印尼翻译沟通

能编写研发报告及产品技术文件

责任心强、纪律性高、愿意学习

身心健康

工作职责：

进行冰淇淋市场调研并分析市场需求

开发、测试并优化新的冰淇淋配方和产品概念

与生产、品质和市场团队紧密合作

编写研发报告和产品资料

协助中印尼之间的沟通与翻译工作
