Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow customer accounts within the scientific, laboratory, and research equipment space.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients primarily through calls and emails to generate leads and close deals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas using effective sales strategies.
• Provide pre-sales consultation, including product demonstrations and technical guidance (with team assistance).
• Deliver post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support processes.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and quotas by employing effective sales methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure streamlined follow-up and customer support.
• Manage customer accounts, including the supervision of existing ones.
• Minor marketing responsibilities, content creation, maintaining marketing operations and campaigns/initiatives
• Attend internal and external meetings
