Job Description
1. Operational Monitoring & Data Control
Extract, process, and analyze store operational data from the Nimbly applicati
Ensure all stores complete Nimbly reports consistently, fully, and in accordance with company standards.
Monitor store KPI performance based on Nimbly data and identify underperforming stores.
Identify gaps, findings, and data anomalies in store operations.
2. Compliance & SOP Audit
Analyze store compliance with operational SOPs based on Nimbly reports.
Cross-check operational discipline data against attendance data from Talenta.
Identify inconsistencies between reported operational data and actual store conditions.
Prepare summaries of findings and potential operational risks.
3. Issue Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and manage issues reported by stores through the Nimbly application.
Categorize issues by type (SOP, manpower, operations, discipline, etc.).
Prepare periodic analytical reports for submission to the Data Analyst and related teams.
Provide supporting data for internal audit and operational evaluations.
4. Data Support & Continuous Improvement
Provide data support to the Data Analyst related to store operational data.
Deliver data-driven insights regarding recurring violations, non-compliance trends, and operational risk areas.
Support the development and improvement of monitoring and reporting systems to enhance effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
(preferred: Statistics, Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or Operations).
1–3 years of experience in Data monitoring / operational control / Internal audit / compliance / quality control / Operational support / reporting
Technical Skills
Strong ability to process and interpret data (Excel / Google Sheets is mandatory).
Accustomed to handling daily operational data.
Able to extract insights from unstructured or inconsistent data.
Experience using HRIS or operational applications (Talenta, Nimbly, etc.) is an advantage but not mandatory.
