Qualifications :
Preferable have an experience on Civil/Construction Business
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and GA.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Communicative, meticulous, multitasking, and possess negotiation and teamwork skills.
High initiative, eager to learn, good understanding of tasks, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities :
General Affairs
Manage office facilities, stationery needs, assets, inventory, and company permits.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding purchasing, logistics, business travel, and operational vehicles.
Manage for Cash Advance office.
HR Administration
Manage attendance, leave, overtime data.
Update employee data and documents (contracts, ID cards).
Prepare weekly, monthly report.
