As Engineering / Technical Drawing you will be responsible for maximising product improvement, technical support, re-drawing machine and spare part equipment and creating lasting relationships with existing & new customers.
Managing technical support for specific product to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
Build and maintaining relationships with new clients through regular check-ins.
Conduct on site visits/assessments, analyze customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Performing demonstrations / presentations of technical products.
Generate quotations, follow up and administrations.
Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
Strong understanding of mechanical components and industrial machinery.
Skilled in mechanical drafting using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Simulations or similar).
Ability to create detailed technical drawings based on physical measurements.
Ensure product is delivered on time, according to order and technical specifications
Monitor Competition in the market by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Report to Management and submit activity/Result reports such as daily call reports, weekly task reports and monthly area analysis
Service existing customers, obtaining orders to generate sustainable growth
Stay on top of industry trends.
Qualification / Skills / Knowledge Required
Engineering / Technical Drawing experiences min.1 years. (Preferably background in Industrial Sectors)
Bachelor Degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, & Industry- beneficial).
Product knowledge (equipments, spare parts & consumable products) and sales experience in this sector are essential.
Skilled in mechanical drafting using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Simulations or similar).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability in developing and delivering sales administration activities and market growth for new customers tirelessly, target driven, results driven, and hunter mentality.
Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
