Qualifications:
Associate Degree (D3) in Management, Accounting, or Financial Administration.
Min. 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and team.
Job Description:
Process and track purchase orders, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
Ensure that all invoices are accurate and match the purchase orders, and assist in processing payments.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities for management review.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Address any issues or discrepancies related to suppliers, or purchase orders, escalating when necessary.
