Purchasing Section Head

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from majoring in Pharmacy / Engineering / Business Management / Any other related major

• Having minimum 2 years of working experience lead purchasing team especially from manufacture industry

• Experienced in leading and overseeing the procurement activities of component/spare part, including planning, supplier selection, negotiation, and ensuring the availability of materials in accordance with production requirements and company standards

• Experienced using SAP, attention to detail & Communicative in English both verbal and written

• Willing to be placed in KITIC Cikarang

Responsibilities :

as Purchasing Section Head (Supervisor) you will lead, supervise, and support the purchasing team in daily procurement operations, Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and supplier performance, Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with budget and company policy, Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers, Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance evaluations, Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of procurement activities and compliance with internal controls, Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials and services, Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Production, Engineering/ RnD) to align procurement activities with business needs, Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on purchasing activities, savings, and supplier performance and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
