Responsible for conducting and maintaining payroll processing systems and transactions to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing, including salaries, benefits, incentives, taxes, and other deductions. This role ensures accuracy of payroll data, compliance with labor and tax regulations, and smooth payroll execution within defined SLA.
Ensure timely retrieval of payroll data from HRIS and related systems
Review, acknowledge, and identify anomalies or inconsistencies in payroll data prior to processing
Act as first-line approval for payroll data changes (add/edit/remove)
Maintain payroll data integrity and accuracy
KPI:
Zero payroll data error causing failed or incorrect salary payment
High accuracy and completeness of payroll records
Prepare, process, and maintain accurate payroll transactions and reports
Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including bank file generation and posting
Ensure payroll compliance with labor law, minimum wage regulation, working hour laws, and company policy
Monitor payroll cycle execution within SLA
KPI:
Payroll executed accurately and on time (28th–30th each month)
Zero compliance breach
Calculate, validate, and process incentives, bonuses, and variable pay
Process ad-hoc payments accurately and timely
Perform tax calculation, validation, and reporting related to payroll
Ensure correctness of PPh 21 calculation and submission
KPI:
Timely execution of incentive/ad-hoc payments (SLA: 10th of each month)
Zero tax miscalculation
Handle payroll-related taxation end-to-end, including Coretax system usage
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, BPJS, and statutory deductions)
Prepare and submit monthly and annual payroll tax reports
Act as payroll tax subject matter expert

Accurate and compliant tax reporting
Zero penalty due to payroll tax error
Provide payroll records and documentation for internal and external audits
Ensure payroll documentation is auditable and traceable
Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems maintenance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing
Proven experience handling high-volume payroll
Must be highly proficient in payroll taxation, especially Indonesian tax regulations
Strong hands-on experience using Coretax
In-depth understanding of PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Strong Excel skills (lookup, pivot, payroll reconciliation)
High attention to detail and accuracy
