Responsibilities:
SAP FICO Configuration and Support:
Perform SAP FI & CO module configuration and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving technical issues and system errors promptly.
Assist in SAP system upgrades, data migration, and integration with other business systems.
Data Migration and Interfaces:
Support the migration of financial and controlling data from legacy systems to SAP.
Manage and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP FICO and other third-party applications or systems.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and optimize financial reports using SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Query).
Analyze financial and controlling data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with business requirements.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Identify system errors or inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
Use analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP FICO modules.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, IT, and other business stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Provide training and documentation for end-users to improve system understanding and adoption.
Customer and Stakeholder Focus:
Understand and meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide excellent customer service by delivering prompt and accurate solutions to system issues.
Act as the primary point of contact for any SAP FICO-related inquiries.
Continuous Improvement and Adaptability:
Stay updated with the latest SAP updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
Adapt to changing business priorities, ensuring that SAP FICO configurations remain aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI & CO modules, with a focus on configuration, data migration, and integration.
Experience with SAP reporting tools and financial analytics is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, integration, and data migration processes.
Familiarity with SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Query, or other analytics tools) is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in relevant technical tools and software.
