Joyful Montessori is seeking a Customer Service staff member with basic accounting knowledge to support daily school operations, parent communication, and school fee administration.
This role is suitable for candidates who are service-oriented and comfortable handling basic financial and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors
• Handle daily communication related to school information and activities
• Manage student registration and administrative records
• Assist with school fee (SPP) administration, including payment verification and coordination with the Finance team
• Handle basic accounting tasks, such as petty cash recording, payment documentation, and simple reports
• Coordinate closely with the School Principal, Finance (FAT), and related teams
Qualifications:
• Minimum education: SMK Accounting / Finance, or Diploma (D3) in Accounting / Administration
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Accounting-related roles
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial administration
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and service skills
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
• Experience in a school or educational institution is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: IDR 4,500,000 – 5,000,000 (negotiable based on experience)
