Project Supervisor

About the role

Join our growing team as a Project Supervisor at PT Tekno Fluida Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of projects and services to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects and services.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction projects, including monitoring progress, addressing issues and risks, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Ensure project plans, schedules, and budgets are adhered to, and take corrective action when needed.

• Supervise and provide guidance to the construction team, including subcontractors, to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.

• Liaise with clients, architects, and other external parties to address queries, resolve conflicts, and provide updates.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, logs, and records.

What we're looking for

• Min. education D3 Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or in a similar construction management role.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.

• Well-rounded mechanical aptitude and familiar with pumps, motor, valves, flanges, seals, piping, tanks, sensors, instrumentation, control systems, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&Ids), and process flow diagrams (PFDs).

• Having strong skill and knowledge in hydraulic and lubrication services.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.

• Proficient in using construction management software and technology.

• Willing to travel to work on project sites.
