FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR

About the role

We Company is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our team in our office located in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance, accounting and tax operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

2. Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial data

3. Participate in the preparation and filing of tax returns and tax-related documents

4. Support the implementation of internal controls and accounting policies

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights

6. Assist in the maintenance of the company's accounting records and documentation

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes

8. Review and verify income and expense transactions based on bank statements

9. Prepare monthly and annual tax reports

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

2. 5 years of experience in finance, accounting or tax-related roles

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

4. Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

5. Understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations and compliance requirements

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Brevet A & B certification will be an advantage

9. Able to perform well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

10. Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred
