Procurement Executive

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging materials, and machinery/spare parts. Ensure cost effectiveness, quality assurance, and supplier reliability while supporting Supply Chain and Co-Manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

• Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and machinery-related items based on approved specifications.

• Conduct supplier benchmarking, cost analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessment.

• Execute RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate pricing, lead time, and service terms.

Supplier Management

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers (local & international).

• Conduct supplier performance evaluations: OTD, quality, cost stability, communication.

• Manage supplier improvement plans and escalate issues when necessary.

Contracts & Governance

• Prepare contracts, SLAs, and purchasing agreements; ensure compliance with internal company policies.

• Work closely with team for commercial terms, warranty clauses, and risk mitigation.

Demand & Supply Planning Alignment

• Review MRP and production plans to ensure materials availability.

• Coordinate closely with Planning, Warehouse, and QA for inbound quality and material readiness.

• Support Co-Manufacturing production schedules through timely procurement and material replenishment.

Cost Optimization & Risk Management

• Identify cost-saving initiatives through supplier consolidation, alternative materials, and specification optimization.

• Perform risk assessments for single-source materials and build mitigation plans.

Data, Reporting, and Systems

• Maintain accurate vendor and item master data in SAP.

• Track and report spend analysis, PPV, OTD, and supplier KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 3–5+ years procurement experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.

• Knowledge of raw materials and packaging procurement is required; machinery procurement experience is a plus.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Familiar with SAP and advanced Excel.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
