National Laptop Sales PIC (Jakarta)
About the role
As the Laptop Channel SPV, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Infinix's laptop product line in the Indonesian market. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and will see you managing key sales channels, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
What you'll be doing
Manage and develop laptop sales channels (distributors, retail, modern trade, B2B, and online)
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners/channels
Analyze sales performance (sell-in & sell-out) across all channels
Manage promotion programs, bundling, and channel activations
Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
Prepare sales reports and channel performance evaluations on a regular basis
Monitor market pricing and competitor activities
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in channel sales laptop
Strong understanding of laptop distribution flow and sales channels
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
Target-driven and able to work under pressure
Strong ability in sales data and market analysis
