QA Staff is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance for both internal and OEM-produced product by managing quality assurance process and quality documentation.
Requirements
Minimum D4/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Min. 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food Manufacturing/FMCG Industry.
Good understanding of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC) and halal assurance.
Experience in handling OEM/third-party manufacturers and quality documentation.
Familiar with QA documentation and document control systems.
Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Willing to place at Nabati Plant: West Java
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate quality performance of domestic OEM partners, including audits, issue handling, and corrective actions.
Act as quality liaison between the company and OEM manufacturers for technical and quality-related matters.
Manage end-to-end QA documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, specifications, and quality records.
Support QA activities related to audits, certifications, compliance, and continuous improvement.
