Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide technical support to employees (in-person, via phone, or remote).
Troubleshoot system errors and network connectivity issues.
Manage and maintain servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup processes.
Support the setup and maintenance of email accounts, user access, and permissions.
Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and data protection practices.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs, procurement, and system upgrades.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or new software rollouts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting, website, WordPress, and Programming
Strong knowledge in SEO, experience and improve in SEO
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and common business applications.
Have knowledge in cybersecurity principles.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
