Requirements :
Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan Hukum
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Loss Prevention Officer, Petugas Keamanan Mall, atau posisi sejenis di industri ritel
Berpengalaman dalam berkoordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Memiliki daya observasi yang kuat, intuitif, serta kemampuan pengambilan keputusan yang baik
Mampu melaksanakan tugas dengan cepat, tepat, dan akurat
Job Descriptions :
Melakukan Koordinasi dengan Instansi Pemerintahan atau pihak eksternal (Disnaker, Kepolisian, dan Pemerintahan di lingkungan sekitar)
Menganalisis terkait Fraud yang terjadi
Memimpin dan mengoordinasikan fungsi keamanan di seluruh toko
Mengidentifikasi serta melaporkan kekurangan barang dagangan atau stok
Memantau kepatuhan terhadap SOP terkait loss prevention, keamanan fisik, dan manajemen risiko
Melakukan Investigasi atas pelanggaran yang terjadi
