Achieve sales targets set by the Company.
Maintain and build strong relationships with partner banks, existing customers, and prospective customers.
Conduct regular visits to assigned partner banks in accordance with the designated sales area.
Communicate effectively with all bank partners and demonstrate the ability to resolve cases or issues professionally.
Prepare and submit daily sales and marketing activity reports to supervisors or higher management.
Perform additional duties as assigned and reviewed by Management when not specifically stated in this role.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a recognized university.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products, including benefits, premium calculations, and policy terms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirements in the life insurance industry.
Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
