We are seeking freelance enthusiastic study tour leaders who are fluent in English, confident, and resilient to lead our intensive 14-day programs in Bali. You will be fully embedded (24/7) with the group as a dynamic learning companion. Your mission: spark enthusiasm, build connection, and ensure impactful learning.

Program topics include positive wellbeing, authentic culture, social impact, environment, and Bali sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Job Scope):

- Lead the group & support facilitation of well-structured activity plans and accompany the group 24/7.

- Maintain participants' high energy and enthusiasm and a balance with an engaging group atmosphere.

- Clear communication to bridge, simplify, and explain learning goals and activities interactively.

- Participate in pre-trip training to harmonize context and facilitation style.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluent English (verbal & written) and proven group public speaking confidence.

- Willingness to learn and internalize well-structured team activity plans.

- Capable of sustaining high energy and resilience for the entire 14-day duration.
