Finance Control Division Head

We are seeking a strategic and high-caliber Finance Control Division Head to lead our financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing Treasury, Tax and Accounting, Cost Control and Budgeting. The ideal candidate is a meticulous leader who can balance rigorous internal auditing and budget management with high-level business strategy to drive company growth and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Treasury, Tax and Accounting, Cost Control departments to ensure operational excellence.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage cash flow, and oversee company’s annual budget and long-term financial plans.

• Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities — and act decisively.

• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives through rigorous Cost Control supervision.

• Establish and execute Internal Audit protocols to verify budget utilization and operational compliance.

• Lead and oversee regular Stock Opname (inventory audits) to ensure physical stock matches records and mitigate shrinkage risks.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, bank, and regulators.

Requirements
  

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master’s Degree or MBA is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Certifications: Professional certification such as Tax Brevet A & B is mandatory.

• Technical Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting cycles, treasury management, and Indonesian tax laws.

  • Proven track record in internal auditing and inventory control.

  • Proficiency in advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).

Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and government bodies
