Manage the company’s vehicle operations (operational cars and vehicle pool).
Prepare and organize the vehicle usage schedule according to operational needs.
Handle vehicle administration, including registration documents (STNK), vehicle taxes, KIR (if applicable), and insurance.
Monitor and arrange routine vehicle maintenance (regular servicing, repairs, replacement of spare parts).
Control fuel usage, operational costs, and prepare vehicle expense reports.
Manage and coordinate operational drivers.
Prepare monthly reports related to vehicle condition, usage, and operational costs.
Coordinate with workshop vendors, leasing companies, and insurance parties.
Support other General Affairs tasks as required by the company.
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
At least 3 years of experience in General Affairs, especially in managing operational/fleet vehicles.
Understanding of vehicle administration, routine maintenance, and driver management.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized in administrative work, able to work independently.
Able to prepare operational vehicle reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (recording, monitoring, and reporting).
Firm, responsible, and capable of handling field situations.
Able to drive 4-wheeled vehicles and possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license).
Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance actions.
