Job Description
Supervise and control Quality Control and Engineering activities in manufacturing processes.
Ensure all production processes comply with ISO 9001, company standards, Working Instruction (WI), and SOP.
Monitor and manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection to ensure product quality meets specifications.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and QC teams to maintain quality and process efficiency.
Analyze quality issues, defects, customer complaints, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, review, and control quality documentation including WI, SOP, inspection checklist, and quality reports.
Support and participate in internal and external audits (ISO, customer audit, etc.).
Supervise the use and calibration of measuring instruments.
Provide training and guidance to staff regarding quality standards and working instructions.
Prepare regular reports related to quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience as QC Supervisor / Engineering Supervisor in manufacturing industry (preferably gasket, rubber, sealing, or related products).
Strong understanding of ISO 9001, quality management systems, and audit processes.
Have Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and material especially about industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, JIS
Able to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications.
Experienced in preparing and implementing Working Instruction (WI) and SOP.
Familiar with measuring tools such as caliper, micrometer, thickness gauge, etc.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally.
Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
