Job Qualification

Please attach your Japanese language certificate. Japanese language is a must (JLPT: N2 - N3)

• Bachelor Degree form any Major (preferable from Business Administration or Economy)

• Min. 1 years of experience (Having experience in Business Administration is Prefereable)

• Active English is a must (Minimum TOEFL Score: 420)

Job Description:

• Carrying out regular meetings (weekly loss cost meeting, productivity meeting, monthly achievement confirmation meeting) and occasional meetings

• Summarize the results of policy theme achievements (weekly and monthly)

• Control daily and weekly scrap costs

• Control the progress of company policies

• Control the progress of the company's cost reduction program

• Carrying out Corporate Governance work programs

• Carrying out the Confidentiality Policy work program

• Carrying out the Risk Management work program

• Preparation for audit implementation and follow up of audit results

• Carrying out Internal Audit of SMK3

• Create and distribute minutes of meetings

• Dialy Administration

• Dynamizing Corporate Governance

• Corporate Governance & Global Confidentiality Policy Committee Secretariat

• Create Identifikasi Bahaya Penliaian Risiko (IBPR)
