What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support for HR activities such as onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, and personnel file management
Assisting with the coordination of employee events, training, and development programs
Maintaining and updating HR databases, records, and documentation
Handling employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures
Supporting the HR team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent customer service
