Support day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and talent pool development.
Coordinate onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
Support performance management processes, KPI monitoring, and training needs analysis.
Help implement employee engagement programs, internal communications, and cultural initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.
Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources Supervisor Level, preferably in property management, hospitality, or service-based industries.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Able to manage multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
Willing to work onsite and Monday–Saturday.
