Build recruitment SLA, talent pipeline, succession planning, and employer branding programs.
Develop People & Organization Development (POD) systems including organizational structure, job architecture, competency framework, training roadmap, and career path.
Build and implement company culture, core values, and behavioral standards across all business units.
Develop performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
Drive talent development, internal promotion, and leadership pipeline readiness.
Develop and manage Compensation & Benefits systems including salary structure, grading, incentive schemes, payroll policies, and benefit programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Act as strategic HR Business Partner to management in organizational transformation and people development initiatives.
