Job Description:

We are looking for a mechanic who can operate and maintain a rubber mixing machine.

This role supports daily production and ensures the machine runs safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the rubber mixing machine according to the procedures

• Set up and adjust the machine before and during operation

• Monitor the mixing process to ensure good quality results

• Perform basic maintenance and simple repairs on the machine

• Report machine problems or damage to the supervisor or any higher-up level management

• Keep the work area clean and safe

• Follow safety rules and company regulations

Requirements:

• Experience as a mechanic or machine operator (rubber mixing machine preferred) minimum 1 year

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems

• Able to work carefully and responsibly

• Active and has a great willingness to work in a factory environment
