About the role

As the Manager of Recruitment at PT ACCENTUATES', you will play a crucial role in shaping the talent landscape of our thriving organisation. Based in our Jakarta Selatan office, this full-time position will see you spearheading our recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting the finest candidates to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to source top talent across various departments

2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding

3. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and create tailored recruitment solutions

5. Leverage various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

6. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills tests, to ensure the best fit

7. Provide recruitment-related guidance and support to the broader HR team

8. Continuously analyse recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment

2. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing top talent

3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders

5. Proficient in the use of recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

7. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
