Fit-Out Officer / Fit-Out Supervisor (Commercial Office)

About the Role:

• Review and coordinate tenant fit-out plans, renovation proposals, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with building guidelines and local regulations.

• Administer permits to work, site access, inspections, and handover processes for tenant renovation and reinstatement works.

• Monitor on-site fit-out activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to approved plans and timelines.

• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and building management on utilities, MEP interfaces, and technical requirements.

• Conduct inspections, document non-compliance issues, and prepare regular fit-out status reports for management.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in building fit-out, facilities management, property operations, or commercial building management.

• Familiarity with tenant renovation processes, authority submissions, and site coordination in office buildings.

• Strong coordination, English communication (dealing with Expat Stakeholders), and documentation skills when working with tenants and contractors.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working on-site in an operational environment
