Position Title: Human Resources Officer (FULL ENGLISH SPEAKER)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Law, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; preferably with less than 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal coordination skills.

  • Basic negotiation skills and sound judgment.

  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and flexible in handling unexpected situations.

  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law.

  • Proactive, with problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) for work purposes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the complete recruitment process, from gathering recruitment requirements, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance to onboarding of new employees.

  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as employee contract signing, leave management, notices, and document filing.

  • Arrange and conduct exit interviews and resignation procedures, ensuring orderly handover and proper offboarding.

  • Assist in managing employee compensation, performance bonuses, benefits, and incentive programs.

  • Communicate promptly with departments to identify and respond to HR support needs.

  • Conduct training and communication regarding company policies and procedures, supporting corporate culture and employee development.

  • Assist in managing company assets (e.g., employee computers, ID cards, access control) and allocation/collection of access permissions.

  • Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

  • Experience participating in campus organizations, HR internships, or recruitment activities.

  • Familiarity with the Indonesian BPJS system and corporate insurance procedures.

  • Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Google Sheets functions, HR reporting).
