Position Title: Human Resources Officer (FULL ENGLISH SPEAKER)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Law, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; preferably with less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal coordination skills.
Basic negotiation skills and sound judgment.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and flexible in handling unexpected situations.
Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
Proactive, with problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) for work purposes.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment process, from gathering recruitment requirements, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance to onboarding of new employees.
Manage HR administrative tasks such as employee contract signing, leave management, notices, and document filing.
Arrange and conduct exit interviews and resignation procedures, ensuring orderly handover and proper offboarding.
Assist in managing employee compensation, performance bonuses, benefits, and incentive programs.
Communicate promptly with departments to identify and respond to HR support needs.
Conduct training and communication regarding company policies and procedures, supporting corporate culture and employee development.
Assist in managing company assets (e.g., employee computers, ID cards, access control) and allocation/collection of access permissions.
Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred but Not Mandatory:
Experience participating in campus organizations, HR internships, or recruitment activities.
Familiarity with the Indonesian BPJS system and corporate insurance procedures.
Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Google Sheets functions, HR reporting).
