HRD Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, or Law

• At least one (1) year of experience in HR Generalist/Recruitment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

• Honest, proactive, meticulous, disciplined, responsible, highly loyal, able to work under pressure, and capable of working both individually and in a team

• Placement: Pluit - North Jakarta

Job Description:

• Process attendance management (attendance tracking, summarization, leave approval, etc.)

• Supervise employees to ensure compliance with applicable rules

• Implement disciplinary actions and provide counseling to employees who violate rules

• Communicate management policies to employees

• Monitor employee performance evaluations during the contract period

• Conduct recruitment activities for the division as required
