HR & Training Admin
About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Training Admin to join the team at Yayasan Stella Mundi Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in Gianyar, Bali and will play a vital part in supporting our HR and training functions.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage and maintain employee records, including onboarding, personnel files, and offboarding processes
2. Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs for our employees
3. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and responding to inquiries
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
5. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as training providers and regulatory bodies, as needed
6. Support the wider administrative functions of the organisation as required
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
3. Good communication and able work in team
4. Dicipline and professional attitude
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skill with English and Bahasa - , with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
7. Experience in training coordination and delivery would be an advantage
8. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and a keen interest in HR and training
9. Currently residing in Bali or gianyar area
10. Able to join immediately
