About the role
As a Sales Manager (FMCG) at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the company's presence in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. This full-time position is based in Tangerang Banten, where you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive business growth.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
Overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training and support to ensure optimal performance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and identify new business opportunities
Analysing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and make informed decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to customers
Developing and monitoring sales budgets, forecasts and reporting to track progress and optimise resource allocation
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new sales strategies
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in the FMCG industry
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and build strong client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Proficient in using sales management tools and technologies to optimise operations and drive efficiency
Passionate about the FMCG industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
