Recruitment - Paid Intern (Human Resource & Recruitment)

We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition and HR Intern (Retail) - KK Group ( KKV - X11- The Colorist)

Join us as a HR Intern and get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for retail stores.

What you’ll do:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for retail positions

• Assist in CV screening and shortlisting in line with hiring requirements

• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain and update recruitment data, reports, and tracking tools

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related activities as required

• Assist the HR team in organizing, managing, and maintaining employee and recruitment files

• Support HR operational activities, including the administration and operation of the HRIS system

What we’re looking for:

• English is a Must

• Fresh graduate (Psychology, HR, Management, or related fields)

• Interested in recruitment and retail industry

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable communicating with candidates

• Able to work with basic Canva, Cap Cut and Spreadsheet (Excel / Google Sheets)
