About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Information System / IT Operation & Maintenance Specialist to support and enhance our manufacturing IT ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of ERP and related systems that support production, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and finance operations. You will also play an important role in our digital transformation and smart manufacturing initiatives.
What You Will Do
Operate, maintain, and optimize enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, and other manufacturing-related systems.
Configure system modules and workflows aligned with manufacturing business processes (production planning, procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and finance).
Participate in system customization, enhancement, and continuous improvement projects.
Support system implementation activities, including deployment, upgrades, testing, and go-live support.
Monitor daily system operations, troubleshoot issues, and minimize system downtime.
Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and maintenance records.
Assist in managing IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, firewalls, and factory IT environments.
Provide technical support to production, warehouse, finance, and other business departments.
Support digitalization, automation, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
Monitor and improve network performance and information security.
Coordinate with software vendors for after-sales support and system maintenance.
Handle information security management, incident response, and compliance requirements.
Conduct IT system and information security training for employees.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system implementation, operation, or process management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (experience with Kingdee is a strong advantage).
Good understanding of manufacturing business processes, including production, procurement, supply chain, and finance.
Basic capabilities in system development, system integration, reporting, or data analysis.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with IT and business users.
